What If We Can Eradicate Unhappiness?
This is not a pipe dream because I know it is possible. This is why I started “Happiness Technology.” It’s to show how we can do it. First, we must know how consciousness works. If we don’t, we become victims of negative thoughts and emotions. It’s not that we should deny our stressful thoughts and feelings, but actually, we should dive deep into them to gain understanding so we realize what is holding us back from being truly happy. In doing so, we allow ourselves to heal and experience unconditional happiness.
True happiness is unconditional and it’s already inside us, but most people don’t feel it because we rely on conditional happiness such as “If I get what I want, I feel good, but if I don’t, I feel dissatisfied.” Yes, it’s great to receive what we desire, but life does not always go as planned. We don’t get what we wish all the time; hence, we react negatively and produce unhappy feelings. We do it so often that we get used to feeling stressed, and this creates psychological and physical problems. Stress is the number one killer; therefore, we should get intimate with it and understand how it works so stress does not destroy us. In fact, we can transform it into balance, which would let us experience independent happiness and mind expansion.
Thus, we invite you to take this course and study your consciousness through meditation. By practicing different techniques and observing how your mind creates thoughts and emotions, you will gain tremendous insights and skills on how to transmute unhappiness into joy, clarity, and wisdom. You will feel amazingly blissful when you encounter true happiness (higher vibration) from within. It’s unshakable happiness (nothing can bring you down) and this is your natural your state; therefore, let yourself feel it. True happiness awaits!
